Privacy Policy
A short policy for a site that collects almost nothing.
This policy explains how Renoverr handles information when you visit the site. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Information stored on your device
Renoverr does not require you to create an account or sign in. The only value the site stores is a single browser preference recording that you have seen the cookie notice, kept in your browser's local storage. It is not shared with anyone and never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
The cookie notice
A notice appears once on the home page. Choosing Accept or Reject records your choice locally so the notice does not reappear. Both choices are respected the same way: no advertising or tracking cookies are set in either case, because the site does not use any.
The contact form
The contact form on the home page runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the page simulates a send and clears the fields; the name, email, phone number, and message you typed are not transmitted to a server and are not stored. Because of this, please do not rely on the form to deliver time-sensitive information. For a guaranteed channel, email editor@renoverr.org directly.
Analytics and third parties
The site loads a web font from a public font service and displays images hosted on Wikimedia Commons. Requests to those services may expose standard technical details such as your IP address to those providers, as is the case for any embedded web resource. Renoverr itself does not run advertising networks or behavioural analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the site reflects the policy in effect at the time of your visit.
